GLOBUSE Tech Park

We envisioned GLOBUSE Tech Park as a "Living Tech Campus"—a space designed for people and performance. Driven by the belief that a modern workplace must be green, interactive and collaborative, we moved beyond the traditional concept of enclosed offices. Instead, we designed the architecture to act as a seamless extension of the landscape, creating buildings that breathe, shade, and connect.

To ensure the campus feels human-scaled despite its size, we crafted the building mass into stepped volumes. This allows for deep natural light penetration and creates a series of inviting terraces. We utilized a cluster approach to promote visual permeability, anchored by a sculptural geodesic dome that stands as a symbol of our commitment to innovation.

The façade balances expression with operational success. Vertical fins provide essential solar shading, while neutral tones and accent colors create a distinct identity. We treated the landscape as a core architectural layer, incorporating integrated planter ledges that bring nature directly to the building's edge.

Sustainability sits at the heart of our design. By leveraging passive cooling strategies and active systems, we ensured the project is environmentally responsible today and sustainable for the future. Prioritizing the quality of life for every occupant, we ensured visual connections to greenery from all workspaces, creating a landmark destination where technology meets the human experience.
