At Amidst The Hills, each of the 32 villas is individually designed, no two homes share the same architectural expression. Guided by our belief that good design refines the quality of life, every residence is conceived around the specific conditions of its plot: its orientation, its relationship to neighbouring homes, its views and its connection to the landscape beyond.

The architectural language draws from the organic logic of natural growth. Soft geometries, deep overhangs and shaded transitional spaces create homes that respond instinctively to climate and outdoor living. Every facade is layered, not for visual effect, but to manage light, heat and privacy across the day and across the seasons.

Materiality is restrained and honest. Exposed brick, natural wood, stone textures and integrated vertical greenery are used not as decoration but as a considered response to the environment.
